James C. Collings (CEO, Partner)
Jim is a management and finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in leading the growth and strategy of numerous companies. His previous executive leadership roles – managing venture capital groups, structuring corporate turnarounds and reorganizations, and directing leveraged buyout management companies – coupled with his years working at the international accounting firm of Deloitte and his Master of Accounting from Brigham Young University, have equipped him with a wealth of knowledge, which he utilizes to lead CleanBuild’s strategic growth, cost management, and investor relations. Jim views his primary responsibilities as ensuring CleanBuild delivers the highest quality and value to our customers and keeping us prepared to take advantage of market opportunities.

Christopher Warner (EVP, Partner)
Christopher has more than 35 years of cleanroom industry experience and relationships garnered from his prior positions in client relations, business development, and sales. As Executive Vice President, he manages CleanBuild’s revenue growth by tracking buyer behaviors, connecting with key players, generating leads, and mapping project outcomes to buyer expectations. Christopher has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and works to keep CleanBuild at the top of every contractor and facility manager’s list. He believes that a strong brand is a product of thought leadership and relationship management.

Scott Randall (Senior Estimating Manager, Partner)
Scott has more than 35 years of experience in the cleanroom industry, including 25 years as an Estimator. He is responsible for ensuring cost and price estimates are timely and accurate using his expertise in reviewing scopes relative to construction plans, specification knowledge and compliance, and writing project clarifications. As CleanBuild’s Estimating Manager, Scott oversees estimates for all project proposals / bids, conducts potential customer scope reviews, and prepares all subcontractor proposal / bid packages.

Todd A. Thornton (Senior Project Manager/Project Designer)
Todd has more than 25 years of design, engineering and project management in the cleanroom industry. He is experienced in the use of design tools such as AutoCad and 3D BIM modeling using Revit. Todd is responsible for the full design of CleanBuild projects ensuring compliance to local codes, specifications and meeting customers design requirements. As Senior Designer/Project Manager Todd coordinates the full design, engineering and installation processes by interacting with Mechanical and Electrical engineers for full scope Architectural and MEP design and engineering.

Rick Michael (Senior Construction Manager)
Rick has more than 35 years of experience in the cleanroom industry as a Construction Manager, on union and non-union projects. As Construction Manager, he serves as client- and contractor-liaison and onsite project manager, developing and implementing construction sequence strategies, materials staging programs, change order systems, and protocol plans. Rick oversees all subcontractors (including background checks and drug screenings) and conducts safety training for onsite personnel – both CleanBuild and subcontractors. He manages and tracks all onsite work, including materials inventory, activity logs, progress reports, timecards, and accident reports.

Kraig Tolley (Project/Construction Manager)
Kraig has nearly 30 years of experience in the cleanroom industry as a Project Manager, responsible for projects from the pre-bid proposal to completion. As Project Manager, Kraig oversees site safety, site protocol, project installation, resource scheduling, and material requisitioning and delivery.

Rick Kalaher (Construction Manager)
Rick has more than 25 years of experience in the cleanroom industry with extensive knowledge of cleanroom products and design, as well as the entire construction process. His field engineering skills and expertise at identifying conflicts between old and new layouts are unmatched. As Construction Manager, Rick focuses on making sure projects are worked efficiently – with every task performed correctly the first time – eliminating rework and avoiding delays.

Lenny Hawkins (General Foreman/Site Superintendent)
Lenny has more than 20 years of experience in the cleanroom industry as a General Foreman. He specializes in managing resources efficiently to ensure deadlines and budgets are met and processes are performed to specifications. As General Foreman, Lenny oversees and schedules all onsite CleanBuild personnel and serves as the primary daily contact.
